Cedric arrived in 2006, recruited by a friend who was part of the Power team and spoke highly of it. Cedric was already doing work as a pile driver and had experience working over water. His first Power jobsite was at San Francisco’s Pier 35 where the wharf was being retrofitted. Construction of wharves and docks soon became his favorite type of work.

When asked why he chose to remain with Power for an impressive 17 years, Cedric’s response is a testament to the company’s spirit: “Because it’s the greatest company I’ve ever worked for. It’s like being part of a family, not just an employee.”
