Elio Rodriguez

Carpenter
25 Years Experience | 20 Years with Power

Elio's career at Power began in 2004 when he joined as a Laborer. His Superintendent, Marty Garvey, quickly recognized his potential and encouraged him to consider a longer-term role as a Carpenter or Pile Driver. With his dedication and experience, Elio successfully transitioned into the Carpenter's Union, where he remains today.

Elio likes concrete and carpentry work, but what’s fueled his dedication is the variety of work he's encountered over his remarkable 20-year tenure. When asked about his loyalty to Power, he attributes it to “having good bosses, supportive owners, tight-knit co-workers, and a steady workload. I see the owners in the field, and they make me feel like I make a difference. They never say they don’t have time.”
