Hilary’s professional journey illustrates the longevity typical of owners and employees at Power. In 2002, having earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly, she joined Power as a Project Engineer. She dove into challenging projects quickly, including reconstructing the Pacifica Pier in a high surf zone and supporting a series of design-build efforts.
As Hilary’s expertise and leadership skills grew, she became a Project Manager, overseeing significant portions of the Exploratorium Museum’s Pier 15 project and managing Power’s largest project – the design and construction of WETA’s Downtown San Francisco Ferry Terminal.
In 2011 Hilary became a shareholder in the company, and currently serves as the corporation’s Treasurer. Hilary took over as the company’s Field Operations Manager in 2013, and recently moved into a future focused organizational role overseeing business development and pre-construction.
Hilary’s leadership, strong relationship skills, critical thinking, and strategic planning have proven invaluable in the success of our company.
